50's Diner Set Design

Class Project: White Model 2016

Otterbein University

Designer: Jessica Palagano

Professor: Rob Johnson

Show: TBD

Assignment: Design a set using AutoCad and then make a white model of it

Photographs: Jessica Palagano

Description:

For this assignment, I had to learn how to use AutoCAD to create a ground plan and scenic elevations for a set that I came up with. I chose to create a 50s diner because I love the look of them and the amount of detail that can be put into making them. For this project, I went above and beyond what was expected of me, by putting as much detail into the scenic elevations as I could. The amount of detail I put into the elevations made the white model, I created, very interesting. This project was a lot of fun and makes me excited to do more white models in the future.
